Understanding our International Postage Rates

All of our postage rates have been calculated on the costs provided to us from our postage and courier services. We always seek the most competitive price available whilst offering you a fast and secure delivery service.

Our delivery couriers advise of up to 3 weeks for international orders to be received, however past experience suggests that delivery is usually much quicker than this. In certain instances, for reasons beyond our control, there are some limitations on the service we offer. This could be for one of many reasons:

  • Postage will have to be sent tracked or couriered as a result of difficulties having orders delivered in your region.
  • Maximum order quantities may apply. This is because of limitations with the type of packaging we are allowed to use when shipping your order. You will be able to order as many times as you like, but where limits apply, these will have to be placed as separate orders to ensure you receive a secure delivery.
  • In extremely rare instances, we may not be able to process your order because there is no secure delivery option available from the UK.
