Vocalzone Mug Returns Policy

At Vocalzone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy, as outlined below:

• 30-Day Return Window: You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a full refund.

• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging. Products that have been used, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
