Young and growing in both age and musically talent is Tan.Trum

Energetic’, ‘progressive’ and ‘playing well ahead of their years’; all these and more have been used to describe Warwickshire based now 3 piece rock band Tan.Trum. In their home town of Rugby, they’ve made much more than a stir and for the last 5 years have grown a true and committed following. From the early days of school halls, Tan.Trum progressed to pub gigs, summer fetes and The Rugby Town Shopping Centre.

From their EP ‘Tak3e’ comes their single ‘The Black’

Tan.Trum are regulars on the local festival stages as well as playing venues such as The Zephyr Lounge in Leamington, The Arches and Kasbah in Coventry supporting acts including Go Primitive and The Prophets. They played the Birmingham NEC for the second time July 2016. Tan.Trum have developed into a Venue originals band and have been regularly played on Coventry’s Radio Plus. On 10th September 2016 They were delighted to be Played on Brodie Swains BBC Coventry & Warwickshire Introducing Show. On the 15th of October 2016 Haunted was played on BBC introducing and the promo video for Haunted was announced as BBC introducing Video of the week. On Sat 29th October 2016 Saviour was also played on BBC Introducing. On the 8th of April Critter was the first track off the “TAK3E” EP to be played. To have 4 different tracks to be played on the BBC airwaves is amazing.

Here is Tan.trum showing their daily routine in ‘Infatuation’

So here we have three youngsters, feted by Toby Jepson of Little Angels and Neville Staple of the Specials alike; a band with a commanding live presence which is echoed by its studio recordings. All three have a talent for music, performing live and song-writing which is far beyond their young age. From these beginnings, it’s going to go somewhere. Hook in for the ride that is Tan.Trum… You won’t be disappointed…

Let’s see what Georgina Crump has to say about Vocalzone!

“We were about to play at a big line up and my voice (lead singer) was starting to go. Another band had Vocalzone and after trying it we haven’t looked back since. It would be a privilege to be endorsed as it would really benefit us in our live performances and we think that Vocalzone is a useful and successful product.”
