Emily Frith

Only just starting to thrive is the young and talented Emily Frith.

Emily Frith is an 18 year old country-pop singer & songwriter from Leigh-On-Sea, Essex, who’s currently studying graphic design at University in Norwich. Emily performs her music on a very regular basis, and recorded and released her first ever single and EP in September 2017. In the same summer, Emily also released her first music video, which was filmed and edited by her Dad, Simon Frith. she is currently finding inspiration and writing new material, which I hope to release later this year.

Here is Emily Frith’s debut music video for ‘You And I’.

Emily began learning how to play guitar when she was 11 years old and wrote her first song at 12 years old. Overall, Emily has written over 100 songs, and they all focus on the emotional ups and downs of life, love and growing up. Although she picked up the guitar 8 years ago, she had only started performing and taking my music ‘seriously’ within the past year. Since the beginning of 2017, Emily Frith has performed in countless festivals and music venues all over Essex and Norwich, and spends a lot of her free time writing songs or jamming with other like-minded musicians.

Here is another fantastic original song from Emily called ‘History’.

Emily Frith’s music is very influenced by country artists like Kacey Musgraves, Maren Morris and Kelsea Ballerina, but her music taste is very diverse and listens to a lot of songs by artists such as Taylor Swift, Jacob Whitesides and Bea Miller, who all also inspire her sound.

Let’s see what Emily Frith has to say about Vocalzone!

“My voice has a tendency to go very raspy very quickly, and before I discovered Vocalzone, I used to have to take breaks in my performances to drink some water. Thankfully, Vocalzone has kept my performances very professional and has avoided me from having any awkward silences during a set.”
