GRIEVER are a metalcore band from Bournemouth, England. Combining slamming riffs, crushing breakdowns, technical solos and emotive melodies & choruses, GRIEVER are quickly establishing themselves as an accomplished modern metal act.

Since their first show in May 2012, GRIEVER have shared the stage with the likes of CROSSFAITH, DEAD BY APRIL, BEING AS AN OCEAN, STRAY FROM THE PATH, ADEPT & many more. The band launched their EP “Rebirthing” in late 2013 with a sold out hometown release show alongside American metalcore legends UNEARTH.

2015 has seen the band embark on their first ever European headlining tour as well as extensively touring the UK with ARCITE and THIS DEAFENING WHISPER (FR). They also appeared at TAKEDOWN FESTIVAL in Southampton alongside the likes of THE BLACKOUT, HEART OF A COWARD, BLEED FROM WITHIN, MALLORY KNOX & many more.

GRIEVER embarked on a 21 date European/UK tour in September ’15 as main support for IMMINENCE (SWE), performing in Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Belgium, Holland as well as being the only British band appearing at SUMMER CORE FEST III in Florence as support for UPON THIS DAWNING.

With several UK tours under their belt across 2016 with THE DEAD XIII, SAINT[THE]SINNER, BLACK COAST & more, GRIEVER are conquering new ground and winning new fans with every show they play.

The band’s brand new EP ‘Soul Searcher‘ recorded at Innersound Studios (ASKING ALEXANDRIA, GLAMOUR OF THE KILL, YASHIN) was released on May 27th 2016, and debuted at No. 6 on the iTunes Metal charts. ‘Soul Searcher’ sees the band delve into darker and heavier territory whilst keeping their trademark melodic edge. The first single taken from the EP ‘A Pure Heart‘ was released exclusively via Metal Hammer and has been met by critical acclaim from fans and critics alike.

With a prestigious slot at BUTSERFEST ’16 scoring them one of the biggest audiences of the entire festival alongside CREEPER, GRIEVER show no signs of slowing down and continue to climb to greater heights towards a busy 2017. With a UK tour supporting ANNISOKAY and a slot on TEDDY ROCKS FESTIVAL already under their belts, GRIEVER hit the road in May/June through UK & Europe with USA’s Of Virtue.
