Midlands based, 5 piece metal band, Thrashy, groovy. The owls are not what they seem.
The group formed in 2010 when members of several local bands got together to create new music, which progressed into the band Fractions. After a few years of writing material, Fractions completed their debut live show in March 2013. A few more shows, and a few member changes led to the creation of the current line up.

A few more shows, and a few member changes led to the creation of the current line up. Fractions returned to the UK touring scene in late 2015 & 2016, playing with such bands as Mage, Internal Conflict,Resin, In Search Of Sun, Ramage Inc. plus many more. Toward the end of 2016, Fractions began recording their self-produced 5-track EP ‘Forces’ which will be released Summer 2017.

Fractions reached the final of Leicester’s Metal 2 The Masses which was held on the main stage at the iconic De Montfort Hall. Playing to a strong audience, their show was met with critical acclaim.
